I chose this hotel for attending a conference and I was impressed with the facilities provided. The lobby was spacious and the 24-hour reception was very convenient. The business center and wireless internet access helped me stay productive throughout my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room with audiovisual equipment. It would have been helpful to have a space where I could hold meetings and presentations without any disturbance.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the prime location of this hotel. It was situated in the heart of all the attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. The restaurants exceeded my expectations and offered a delicious spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished with comfortable beds, making for a relaxing stay. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our trip.

Great customer service from staff, always willing to help and give advice on where to go and what to see in the city. the hotel facilities are in great shape and clean. the pool is well maintained and provides great relaxation after exploring the city. the breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted good. the location is close to the city center and easy to get to restaurants.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use some renovations. the spa facilities need some improvement, the massage was great but the overall state of the spa was not.

Breakfast Buffet: Start your day right with a wide range of varieties at the largest restaurant in town. It's like having a breakfast extravaganza, with live counters offering an array of delicious choices. You'll feel like a kid in a candy store, but for breakfast!

We loved the beautiful views of the Annapurna Mountain Ranges from our room. the staff were polite, welcoming, and professional, always with a smile on their faces. the hotel had a clean pool, well-maintained amenities, and a great staff. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided excellent assistance when we lost our passports, going above and beyond to help us retrieve them. the staff also helped us secure similar pricing for our extended stay and even upgraded us to a suite due to a convention happening at the hotel.

We felt like royalty, with no reason to complain.

This hotel is a place of exquisite luxury. The spa and wellness center is exceptional with a variety of treatments that are perfect for revitalizing the body and mind. The outdoor swimming pool is stunning and surrounded by a beautiful garden area for ultimate relaxation. The staff is remarkably hospitable, always ready to cater to your every need. The breakfast was elaborate, with an array of delicious options, and the poolside snack bar was great too.

The Jacuzzi was not in working order during my stay, and this was a slight setback to my otherwise wonderful experience. Nevertheless, the full-body massage was excellent, and it was a pleasure to have my private facilities exclusively.

The rooms definitely need some updating, they feel old and outdated. Also, the service is not consistent among all the staff members. Some were friendly and welcoming, but others were not as charming and felt like they were only after a big tip. the experience was not worth the price paid.
